My first blog upload and insertion and I don't think it could be a better bird than our local pair of Peregrine Falcons.
The pictures were taken on Saturday the 21st April 2012 at around 7.30 am, on one of the last fine mornings we've had lately, at The Castle Headland, Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
The pictures are of the male Peregrine, as the female is sat on the nest, which unfortunately, is not in view this year.
