Dippers, Hilla Green, Troutsdale

Dippers

It finally stopped raining on Saturday afternoon, so I nipped up to Hilla Green at Troutsdale again and was lucky enough to see the Dipper again, but in a better light than Friday and for a longer period of time.

The river is very high at the moment and the usual feeding and foraging rock areas are underwater, so it seems to go further down river to feed at the present time.

Hopefully the weather will fair up soon.
