The North York Moors

Danby Beacon
A fantastic morning on Sunday, on the high North York Moors around Danby Beacon, before heading off to the coast, with views of 3 Kestrels, 4 Common Buzzards, a few Red Grouse, 2 of the last Wheatear and loads of Meadow Pipits gathering before they migrate south very, very soon.
Strange views to me anyway of a Female Kestrel feeding on the wing with what looked like a Lizard, but unsure as a long, long way away.
A fabulous place to visit whatever time of the year!!!
